With this in mind, we have been actively working with a local estate agent to look for properties and locations to rent within a 30-minute radius of Liblinhia Venture.

Tiny Home

This tiny home is located on the property of one of the families sending their child to Tartaruga dome. With the option for carpooling to bring your children to the project, this is an ideal option for a single parent.

They are open to either a monthly rent or an energy exchange of 2 - 3 hours per day.

Apartment Rental

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the picturesque village of Pedrogao Pequeno which is a 15-minute drive from Libelinha Venture. The monthly asking price is 300e per month plus electricity.

House

This is a 3-bedroom home with off-road parking, a garden, and a storage area underneath the house is ideal for a larger family. It is however a fixer-upper which is why the monthly rent is 250e plus water and electricity. This property also comes with the possibility of a rent-to-buy option.
